I am a Washington DC native, I like to say that I grew up in Georgetown, but really just on the very border. Having married a native New Yorker, we now live in Brooklyn, again believing that we moved here before it became less cool and gentrified, although all of my friends remind me that I am part and parcel of the Brooklyn gentrification.
At some point I will go into much further detail on my whole background and what qualifies me to be any sort of a travel expert, for the time being I will let you wander through the other social media profile that I use to help contribute to the greater web community at large while hopefully lending a little street red to our site here. I maintain our profile and make recommendations about living and eating in New York from our Yelp profile. On more globally focused adventures I have been slow on the uptake but occasionally make commentary over at Fodors, it’s an oldie, but a goodie.
